White hebe (Hebe albicans)
H. albicans ~ H. albicans is a dwarf, evergreen shrub with dense, glaucous foliage and spikes of white flowers in early summer.
Plant in moist, free-draining soil that is poor or moderately fertile. It should be in a sheltered position in full sun or light shade. H. albicans dislikes heavy, wet soil and prefers an alkaline soil.
